- Dress appropriately: Business dress has dramatically changed over the last 10 years with many companies adopting a more business causal approach. Since you will be meeting a number of different companies at a job fair, it’s recommended you aren’t too casually dressed. Regard it as your first job interview. Many mature and experienced professionals will look at the section on their resume headed ‘Formal Education’ and cringe.
