Retail Access Now Private (June 27, 2011)
As Knightsbridge Careego focuses on Business to Business customers, the retail users who currently have access to Careego may continue to log in with the current username and password. Knightsbridge Careego reserves the right to limit, change, or remove resources at anytime without notice.
User names, passwords, and all information associated with a membership that is inactive for 6 months will be deleted from the database to protect your privacy and you will no longer be able to log-in to Careego. Note: this does not affect members who are Alumni of any Knightsbridge Career Transition program. Inactive retail member accounts that are deleted should review the following information as it pertains to the privacy of their information.
- Contact information: If deletion is necessary due to inactivity, personal contact information will be securely deleted and not used for sale, marketing, or any other purpose.
- Profile information and related documents, such as profile picture, resume, cover letter: Will be securely deleted.
- For Retail Careego Subscribers: All credit card data will be securely deleted.
- Assessment results: Results will be archived for 3 years beginning June 27, 2011. Access to this information will only be granted on a case by case basis. Knightsbridge Careego commits to recover this information, for appropriate reasons only, within six weeks of approved request. To submit request to retrieve assessment results, contact support@careego.com. On June 26, 2014, any accounts that have been closed due to inactivity will then have the assessment results deleted.
Changes to this Statement
Knightsbridge Careego will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback. Knightsbridge Careego encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how Knightsbridge Careego is protecting your information.
